Tobearal Refinery is an integrated oil and gas company established in 2015, specializing in the exploration, production, and distribution of hydrocarbon resources. The company is dedicated to upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, including oil and natural gas exploration, production, refining, and distribution. Operating within Kazakhstan, Tobearal Refinery holds multiple state-approved licenses for conducting geological surveys, exploration, and extraction of petroleum resources in mature oil and gas fields.
As part of its commitment to delivering high-quality fuel products, Tobearal Refinery expanded its operations in 2018 by launching a state-of-the-art Fuel Depot. The facility is designed to meet modern fuel quality standards and is equipped with advanced technologies, including European-manufactured electronic systems, comprehensive fire suppression mechanisms, robust security infrastructure, and fuel quality control systems. The company's core activities center around the retail and wholesale of refined oil and fuel, ensuring consistent delivery of superior products while adhering to global industry standards.

Oil products supplied by us meet all Kazakhstan and international quality standards, have all the necessary certificates of conformity and meet the most stringent requirements. All this is possible thanks to the continuous improvement of working conditions, technologies, optimization of the production process and equipment upgrades at our refineries.
Production
In production & operations (P&O) we find and develop hydrocarbon resources, operate oil and gas production assets, as well as refineries, pipelines and terminals around the world. We make it – safely, cleanly and efficiently.
Petrochemicals
In 2019, our company processed 778.0 Mt of raw materials and produced 475.0 thousand tons of saleable products: high-density polyethylene, ethylene, propylene, styrene, polystyrene, benzene, and etc.
Exploration & Drilling
Tobearal Refinery makes it through the use of cutting-edge downhole equipment, remote online monitoring technology, and organisational technologies directed at optimising the drilling process and reducing costs.
